Only Ten minutes walk away is the award-winning La Mata beach and adjacent cafes, bars, and nightclubs give you plenty to do. A five minute walk and you've arrived at the high street shops, restaurants, bank, bars and internet cafés; a further three minutes and your at Mercadona supermarket. If you need a larger supermarket Carrefour Supermarket nearby in Torrevieja is only a ten minute drive.

The famous Torrevieja water park, only ten minutes drive away, is one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca, and is hugely popular with people of all ages.

The La Mata Apartment is under an hours drive from Murcia and Alicante Airports making it ideal semi-residential location for family holidays. The area is also fantastic for golfers as there are 3 golf courses within fifteen minutes drive.
