Notes on prices:

Prices are for the property per week / per day in Euro and £ (GBP) .

25% Discount for long lets (over 4 weeks) between 1 October to 31 March,

price €162.75 or £136.50 per week. Prices include water, electricity, satellite TV etc. VAT not payable.

€50 meet & greet, key handover/cleaning/service charge payable to our agent on

arrival (+ €10 laundry charge if second bedroom used, + €10 laundry charge

if sofabed used).

Changeover day:

Flexible. When arriving, please call our agent as you leave the airport, so that she

will be available to meet you at the apartment. Transport to/from Murcia and Alicante airports can be arranged with our agent - please call us to arrange.
